It provides vitamin D, contributes to the maintenance of bones, helps prevent osteoporosis, supports a positive mood, participates in sleep regulation, and contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Moderate sun exposure has also been associated with cardiovascular benefits, improved cognitive performance, and overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">It is no coincidence that, in the past, many hospitals had galleries and terraces facing the sun.
