Two malas, two energies that accompany the inner movement: feeling and clarifying

In Ayurveda, energy doesn’t just move through the body: it is also held in the objects we choose. A mala is not just an ornament, but a tool to accompany the breath, order the mind and offer an internal rhythm where life fragments.

Malas are made following the tradition of 108 beads + 1 guru bead, a number that symbolizes the entirety of the spiritual cycle. In Japa practice, each bead is a breath, and each breath, a gesture of return.

Dark Pink Jade: the heart that is repaired in silence

Dark pink jade is a stone that acts from softness and depth. It does not push, it does not force, it does not accelerate. Accompanies. Its vibration is associated with Prema, conscious love, and the Anāhata chakra, the center where sensitivity ceases to be fragility and becomes serene force.

It is an especially valuable stone in emotional healing processes: grief, breakups, insecurities or stages of internal reconstruction. Pink jade helps the heart to breathe again without haste, restores spaciousness to the chest and creates an internal space where judgment stops and self-acceptance appears.

This mala is a silent reminder that emotional balance does not arise from the denial of pain, but from the ability to look at it without fear. It is the stone that accompanies when words are not enough, when the internal world needs recollection and the body asks for a calm that we do not always know how to offer it.

Sphatik (Crystalline Quartz): clarity, purity, lucidity

If pink jade acts on feeling, Sphatik works on seeing. Its transparency is not a mere aesthetic aspect: it symbolizes the clarity that pierces mental confusion and the light that orders scattered thoughts.

Considered one of the most prized minerals in the Indian spiritual tradition, Sphatik is associated with the higher chakras – Ajna and Sahasrara – centers of lucidity, discernment and expanded consciousness. Its energy purifies, refines and elevates.

This mala is ideal for those who need to study, meditate or sustain attention in moments of mental demand. It helps reduce internal noise, organizes energy, and allows the mind to function more accurately. It does not accelerate, it does not tense: it clarifies.

The Sphatik is the stone that accompanies when we need to see clearly, when life calls for focus, when the mind desires light.

Two paths, two tones of energy

The dark pink jade brings us back to the heart. The Sphatik brings us back to clarity.

Between them, they draw the complete map of internal movement: feeling to understand, understanding to move forward.

A mala does not transform by itself, but it sustains the practice, accompanies the process and reminds us of what we tend to forget: that each bead is a gesture of return to you.
