BALANCES, SOOTHES AND STABILISES.

Rudraksha, the “tears of Shiva”, are dried seeds from the fruit of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, an evergreen tree that grows from the plains of the Ganges to the foothills of the Himalayas.

Rudraksha seeds are covered in a blue husk and when they are ripe, they are used in Ayurveda to treat differing ailments. Rudraksha seeds are high in energy. In Ayurveda, the benefits of rudraksha are believed to stem from the plant’s electromagnetic properties. It boosts mental activity and promotes a sensation of calm. It helps people to adapt to new surroundings and, in ancient times, it was used by sadhus and sanyasis to settle in new places. Rudraksha seeds are said to help people sleep or eat in unfamiliar places, so they are useful for those who travel constantly. They reduce stress, have relaxing stabilising effects, and foster a sense of security.

The seeds possess interesting electromagnetic, paramagnetic and diamagnetic properties, in addition to dynamic polarity when in contact with the skin. This ensures surprising benefits. Rudraksha is said to have the ability to change its polarity. They are living seeds with the ability to absorb free radicals and to free the body and skin from accumulated tension.

Our Rudraksha Mala is a japa mala. Rudraksha Japa Malas are normally made using the five-faced seed (paanch mukhi rudraksha), as this seed is beneficial for everyone, regardless of their sex, age, or physical or spiritual condition.

Wear as a necklace, or as a bracelet on your wrist.

Use as an electromagnetic cleanser for your skin. After cleansing your skin with Rice & Neem Pure Cleansing Oil, wrap the Mala in a 100% cotton cloth or a piece of gauze and tap your neckline, neck and face with it lightly. The Mala will absorb free radicals, and your skin will feel much more relaxed.
